Last month, we examined Tipmont’s reliability and found that 2015 was one of Tipmont’s most reliable years to date, reducing our outages by 41 percent from 2014.
As an electric cooperative, Tipmont is guided by a board of directors elected by our membership to represent their best interests when making important decisions. Being a member of this board is an incredibly important position in our community. The board’s decisions impact issues such as service rates, rights of way and work plans. This position holds significant responsibility and requires individuals who understand their community’s needs and serve the cooperative members’ best interest.
